This antique dresser is an absolute showstopper! My pictures unfortunately don't do it the justice that it deserves!
It was primed with Paint Coutures 2-in-1 primer and painted using Annie Sloan Athenian Black. The handles were original and were sprayed in copper. I then glazed them in Raven Black by Paint Couture. The trim on the drawers and underneath were both highlighted with Redesign with Prima’s copper wax. The entire piece was then clearcoated, multiple times to protect it, using Paint Couture Extreme Guard in Gloss. This clearcoat is for high traffic surfaces. The entire piece shines like a new car!
There are 5 drawers and one is sectioned for sorting smaller items which is a wonderful feature. The sides of the drawers were lightly stained to give it a rustic appeal.
This piece measures as follows:
Height= 49"
Depth=19"
Width= 33 1/2"
This dresser is currently on display locally at my Booth (#109), located at: L&L Fleatique, located at 3 Edna Road in Adamsburg, Pa., Open from 10am-5pm, Tuesday-Sunday, Closed Mondays.

Just so you are aware: I do my best to visually inspect, repair and refinish all of my pieces. I only use pieces that I find to have "good bones", or otherwise are considered structurally solid. Please understand that while many refinished pieces of furniture are beautiful, they may still show signs of their age in various ways. Pieces may be distressed or show wear. You may notice rubbing on drawers or imperfections. With some antiques, you may see drawers that may swell in extreme weather conditions. Understand that I do my best to repair and revitalize my pieces. By no means do I want to mislead or misdirect my customers. My goal is only to educate and make my customers aware that sometimes you may or may not experience these things with certain pieces.
